Tyrone Dee Chilly has been indicted for the fatal road rage shooting that killed Quincy Polk and his daughter Envy Cardenas, the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office reports. FOX 10 Phoenix says the confrontation began with a tailgating incident on Nov. 22 near 19th Avenue and Baseline Road.
The confrontation escalated to a parking lot brawl, after which Chilly allegedly fired into Polk’s vehicle, which carried three children. The Dec. 2 indictment, cited by 12 News, charges Chilly with two counts of first-degree murder and one count of attempted second-degree murder.
The shooting also seriously injured Polk’s fiancée and his five-year-old daughter. While they survived, the incident has deeply affected their lives…
