The Arizona Commission on Judicial Conduct has filed ethics charges against former Mesa Municipal Court Judge Raymond P. Schumacher, alleging inappropriate physical contact with a court employee. The cited violations include Rules 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, and 2.3(B) of the Arizona Code of Judicial Conduct. A hearing is scheduled for January 8, 2026, before the nine-member Commission.
