PHOENIX — A SAFE Alert was issued Thursday afternoon for a missing 77-year-old woman last seen in Phoenix, authorities said.
Teresa Estrada was last seen near 67th Avenue and Thomas Road around 4 p.m. Wednesday, according to the Arizona Department of Public Safety (DPS).
She is 5 feet, 1 inch, weighs 140 pounds and has green eyes and blonde hair, DPS said…
