PHOENIX — A suspect is at-large after a verbal altercation on a Valley Metro bus in Phoenix led to a stabbing on Christmas morning, according to the city’s police department.

At 9:05 a.m., police said they responded to a stabbing near 13th Avenue and Van Buren Street.
