PHOENIX — Drivers in the West Valley may soon start to notice construction crews working in the area of Interstate 10 and the Loop 101.
Starting in the spring of 2026, the Arizona Department of Transportation will launch a years-long improvement project around the interchange of the two freeways. The work will include constructing a new elevated bridge to carry the HOV lanes and widening both freeways near the existing interchange.
