SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — The owners of a Scottsdale assisted-living home must divest from the company after an 85-year-old resident walked out of the home and died from heat exposure.
Robert Pollman was found dead by police in June 2024 after he was reported missing from the Brookhaven home in Scottsdale a couple of days prior. Pollman had just moved into the home a couple of weeks earlier, and his family had hoped he would receive individualized care for dementia.
