Mesa school board delays decision on administrators accused of failing to report gun

MESA, AZ (AZFamily) — The Mesa Public Schools Governing Board decided Thursday night to postpone a decision on the employment of a principal and athletic director.

Members tabled the “non-renewal” action items against Mesa High School principal Kirk Thomas and athletic director David Klecka from the agenda, citing that they still needed legal advice.
