SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — People in Scottsdale are planning a gathering to honor a woman shot and killed by an Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer Wednesday.
A candlelight vigil has been planned from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. Friday near Indian School and Scottsdale roads. An online flier for the event says the group will gather at a park behind Bourbon and Bones.
Those hoping to attend are asked to bring their own candles…
