PHOENIX — A man was hit and killed by a vehicle while attempting to cross a street in north Phoenix early Sunday, authorities said.
Phoenix police responded around 3:30 a.m. to the area of 23rd Avenue and Cactus Road for reports of a pedestrian who had been struck by a car.
The Phoenix Fire Department then arrived at the scene to treat the unidentified man for his injuries. He was taken to a nearby hospital and died there…
