The old Kneaders Bakery building in Ahwatukee has been purchased for nearly $3 million by a bank
Western State Bank last week bought the building, at 4730 E. Ray Road near 48th Street, for $3.97 million from Launch Development Group, according to commercial real estate tracker vizzda.com.
Built in 2014 on a little more than a half acre of land, the building had housed Kneaders until last March, when the restaurant chain closed six of its Valley locations without explanation…
