Hudson House, the upscale restaurant that boasts the world’s coldest martinis, will be bringing its chill cocktails and upscale vibes to Gilbert.
The restaurant will open at Heritage Park, the impressive mixed-use development on Gilbert Road in 2026, according to East Valley Now.
When it opens, Heritage Park will encompass one full city block, with more than 47,000 square feet of retail and dining space, public spaces and a landscaped courtyard, 288 multifamily residential units, and more than 300 parking spaces.
