A Mesa couple got the entrepreneurial spirit last year and opened a taco cart, catering service and bakery all under the Amadeus brand.
“It’s Latin for ‘God’s love’ or ‘lover of God,’” explained Peter Gloria, who runs the businesses with his wife Felicitas Contreras. “It’s unique how we found that name. We didn’t know what to call them all together.
“We wanted something more formal for the catering portion, as well as the bakery. That’s my youngest son’s name. It’s elegant in a sense.”…
