A long line of protesters moved steadily toward Mesa Gateway Airport on the morning of Jan. 24, as they marched through southeast Mesa to protest federal immigration enforcement in Arizona.
The demonstration happened the same day federal immigration officers fatally shot a man in Minneapolis during an enforcement operation, less than three weeks after the killing of Renee Nicole Good in the same city.
