PHOENIX — A man is dead after an incident with a car in Phoenix, police said.
Shortly before 9 p.m. on Jan. 25, officers responded to a scene near Cave Creek and Union Hills for an incident with injuries.
As police arrived on scene, they found a man under a vehicle. Phoenix Fire personnel arrived and took the man to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. He ultimately did not survive his injuries and was later pronounced dead…
