Demonstrators assemble in downtown Chandler to protest ICE operations

CHANDLER, Ariz. — A large group of demonstrators assembled in downtown Chandler on Monday to protest against Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Groups of protestors holding up signs and waving flags could be seen standing on the corners of Chandler Boulevard and Arizona Avenue, not far from Chandler High School and Chandler City Hall.

Some signs held by demonstrators displayed phrases like “NO ICE,” “Abolish ICE” or “Immigrants Built America.”…
