Developers are lining up another shopping and dining hub in Gilbert, as Velocity Retail Group kicks off leasing at SanTan Crossing, a new restaurant-and-retail project planned at the southeast corner of Loop 202 and Williams Field Road. The roughly 20 to 21 acre site sits directly next to SanTan Village Mall and is being pitched to upscale dining concepts and national retailers, with space options ranging from smaller inline shop suites to larger restaurant pads and ground-lease outparcels.
