Days after he was shot by police, the family of a Phoenix man waits for answers about why he was killed

PHOENIX — A Phoenix family is mourning the loss of their loved one, after they say he was shot and killed by Phoenix police. They also say he was not the person officers were after.

“It really pisses me off that the people we called in to help us are the ones who killed him,” his stepson, Damian, said.
