Harley-Davidson dealer pays $12.25M for Scottsdale mansion

The CEO of General Mills, the owner of Route 66 Harley Davidson and former owners of Barrio Queen were among the buyers and sellers of metro Phoenix’s priciest house to sell during the week third week of January.

An Oklahoma LLC named DWR Holdings Silverleaf bought a 13,606-square-foot mansion in north Scottsdale’s Silverleaf community. The LLC is managed by Dale Rhoads, who owns the Route 66 Harley-Davidson and Defcon Powersports. The house, located on 3.3 acres, has seven bedrooms, 8.5 bathrooms, Swarovski crystal accents, gold-inlaid floating staircases and Italian chandeliers.

Gary and Kathi Heidenreich sold the home.  Barry and Virginia Van Patten of Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty had the listing.

The Loloma Trust paid cash for a 10,352-square-foot Paradise Valley mansion with six bedrooms and eight bathrooms. The house with views of Camelback Mountain has a primary suite with sitting room, wet bar, gym and two marble showers. The kitchen has Taj Mahal marble, and outside there are pickleball and bocce ball courts as well as two dog runs…
