PHOENIX — The Phoenix Police Department is investigating an injured child case from Tuesday night.
Around 9:30 p.m., officers were called to the area of 20th and Glendale avenues because of an injured child. Police said call details indicated the infant was unresponsive.
When officials arrived on the scene, the child was taken to a nearby hospital with serious injuries. As of Wednesday morning, those injuries are considered non-life-threatening, police said…
