PHOENIX — An unidentified woman was taken to the hospital and is in stable condition after a shooting Thursday afternoon involving police officers in west Phoenix, according to authorities.
The shooting occurred in the area of 72nd Drive and Merrell Street, according to the Phoenix Police Department.
No officers were injured in the incident, police said.
