Popular California sandwich chain opening 1st Arizona restaurant

A popular, California-based sandwich and salad restaurant has announced the opening date for its first Arizona restaurant.

Mendocino Farms will open in Scottsdale on Feb. 17, according to its website. The restaurant will be housed in a 3,000-square-foot building with a 500-square-foot patio at the corner of Scottsdale Road and Paradise Lane.
