A late-night crash near Queen Creek turned deadly Friday, leaving one person dead and four others injured after a collision at East Riggs and Ellsworth roads just before 11 p.m., according to police. Crews pulled at least one victim from the wreckage, and four people were taken to area hospitals. One was reported in life-threatening condition while three others were expected to survive.
