California favorite Mendocino Farms is officially making its Arizona debut. The fast-casual concept, known for its sandwiches, salads and upbeat hospitality, opened its doors in Gainey Ranch on February 17, 2026, marking the brand’s continued expansion in bringing its signature “Eat Happy” spirit to the Valley.
The restaurant is designed as an easygoing gathering spot, equally suited for a quick weekday lunch, a relaxed dinner with friends or a catered group event.
