The family of a woman killed in a crash in west Phoenix last week is pleading for help in finding her dog, Baby, who has gone missing from the scene. Loved ones say Tracie Gordon was hit while in an electric wheelchair near 75th Avenue and Encanto Boulevard and she had her dog with her.
