MESA, AZ (AZFamily) — A major roadway in Mesa has reopened after a deadly crash shut it down on Sunday morning.
Details remain limited. Authorities closed Country Club Road in both directions at Baseline Road as the Arizona Department of Public Safety investigated the crash.
Arizona’s Family confirmed at the scene that the crash is deadly, but it’s still unclear what led up to the crash. Debris could be seen scattered across the roadway, along with a silver sedan with heavy fire damage on the southwest corner of the intersection.
