The Mesa Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating 16-year-old Emma Hungerford who is missing and was last seen at 1 p.m. Feb. 28 in the area of Power Road and Southern Avenue.
She was last seen wearing light blue pants, a gray T-shirt, black shoes and a green bonnet. She has piercings on both sides of her nose, three around her bottom lip and both ends of her eyebrows.
Hungerford is a White female with black hair, green eyes, 5 feet 5 inches tall and 150 pounds…
