The Apache Junction Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating 14-year-old Layna Winter who is missing and was last seen leaving her residence at approximately 10 a.m. Feb. 27. She is considered a habitual runaway juvenile and was entered into NCIC as a runaway juvenile.
Family members advised that she was last seen wearing a red Reebok hooded sweatshirt, black pants and black Vans shoes. She also has a surgical scar on her right forearm.
Winter is described as having blonde hair, gray/blue eyes, 6 feet tall and weighing 120 pounds…
