PHOENIX — Twenty people were arrested on immigration violations as part of an ongoing human smuggling investigation in the Valley, authorities say.
Special agents with ICE Homeland Security Investigations and US Border Patrol executed two federal criminal search warrants on two “locations” in north Phoenix on March 2 at around 9 p.m.
