PHOENIX — Six suspects have been taken into custody for their alleged involvement in a shooting outside a Costco in Phoenix that killed a 19-year-old.
On the afternoon of Feb. 8, Jabes Gurrola was shot to death in the Costco parking lot near 33rd Avenue and Indian School Road. A witness told police they had picked up Gurrola earlier this day in Glendale and drove to the parking lot, where two vehicles boxed in their car.
Court records show the witness reported subjects exiting the cars and firing gunshots before fleeing from the parking lot. Video cameras captured the license plate numbers of the two fleeing cars, which eventually helped lead to investigators identifying multiple suspects…
