BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — A jury in Ascension Parish found two men guilty of multiple counts of human trafficking.
Jayden Hodge, 21, of Dallas, Texas and Antonio Jackson, 23, of Phoenix, Ariz., appeared in court on Thursday, March 5.
Both men were charged with:
- human trafficking – victim under the age of 21 (2 counts)
- human trafficking – victim under the age of 18 (1 count)
The Texas Department of Public Safety was looking for a 13-year-old girl on Sept. 19, 2024, and found “online postings indicating that the juvenile female was being prostituted in the city of Gonzales,” according to the 23rd Judicial District Attorney’s Office.
