Prosecutors seek to revoke house arrest for teen charged in Preston Lord case

PHOENIX (AZFamily) — A judge is expected to rule by April 1 on whether to revoke the release conditions of a teen charged in connection with the death of 16-year-old Preston Lord, after prosecutors argued Friday that house arrest is no longer working.

Friday’s hearing came two years to the day prosecutors announced seven indictments tied to the deadly attack.
