PHOENIX, Arizona — A Zipps Sports Grill hiring manager who was charged during the January HSI raids of the 14 locations across the Valley pleaded guilty to identity fraud in federal court today.
Diego Gonzalez-Rosales, 36, was originally charged with knowingly hiring employees living in the country illegally, falsifying I-9 forms, and aggravated identity theft.
In court on Tuesday, Gonzalez-Rosales pleaded guilty to one charge of unlawful transfer or possession of a means of identification.
