An Arizona State University student said he was playing an ongoing game of tag when he followed a woman, whom he believed to be his friend, into a Hayden Library bathroom to record her, according to court records.
ASU police arrested 19-year-old Logan Lee France on suspicion of surreptitious photographing at the school’s Tempe campus on Feb. 25, the department said.
