Man indicted on 15 felony charges in fentanyl death of Gilbert woman

PHOENIX (AZFamily) — A Valley man has been indicted on more than a dozen felonies, including manslaughter, for selling fentanyl to a woman who later died, prosecutors announced Wednesday.

The Arizona Attorney General’s Office said Kevin Andrew Muter, who also goes by the last name of Mutter, was indicted by a grand jury on 15 counts on Feb. 23.

Those charges include conspiracy to sell or transport drugs, sale of lethal fentanyl, drug possession, weapons misconduct and manslaughter…
