Their belief in the natural healing properties of adaptogenic mushrooms is so strong that it has led them to open a coffee shop where the fungi is an integral part of the beverage blends.
The Shroom Room, 2860 E. McKellips Road, Mesa, has been a welcomed addition to a neighborhood where there aren’t many gathering spots. With cozy seating areas outfitted and decorated with mushroom-themed furniture and soft furnishings, and plenty of shopping opportunities for clothing, jewelry, bags, mugs, and décor items – the space is inviting and unusual.
