Valley home sellers last month gave a little more leeway on their listing price than their counterparts did the previous February in order to make a sale and Scottsdale sellers led the pack, according to a new analysis.
Information Market analyst Paridhi Saboo said the analysis showed sellers began this year facing a little more pressure than those who sold their homes in February 2025. The Information Market is owned by the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service (ARMLS).
While Scottsdale sellers’ median reduction in their listing price topped sellers’ median discount elsewhere in the Valley, the median price of homes sold in Scottsdale last month also was the highest at $840,000, according to EXP Realty…
