PHOENIX (AZFamily) — A toddler is fighting for his life after he was pulled from a backyard pool at a central Phoenix home on Monday evening.
Just before 7 p.m., Phoenix firefighters received reports of a drowning at a home near 15th and Glendale avenues. Firefighters say a 2-year-old boy was found in a backyard pool unconscious.
Phoenix Fire Capt. Todd Keller says crews arrived and found the mother, who is a nurse, doing CPR on the boy. Firefighters took over and rushed the boy to the hospital in extremely critical condition…
