The man accused of fatally shooting two teens in the head while they were camping near Mount Ord last year won’t face potential execution if his criminal case goes to trial.
Maricopa County Attorney Rachel Mitchell declined to pursue the death penalty against Thomas Brown, 31, according to spokesperson Erin Pellet.
Pellet did not elaborate on how Mitchell reached the decision…
