Gunman On The Run After North Phoenix Double Shooting Near Thunderbird

PHOENIX — A gunman is on the loose after a north Phoenix shooting that left two men in the hospital on Monday, according to police. The gunfire broke out near 30th Avenue and Thunderbird Road, and officers canvassed the neighborhood after the incident. One man was rushed to a hospital with life-threatening injuries, while the other was treated for non-life-threatening wounds.

As reported by KTAR News, Phoenix police responded Monday to calls of shots fired at 30th Avenue and Thunderbird Road and found two men suffering from gunshot wounds. Phoenix police told KTAR that one victim was transported with life-threatening injuries and the other with less severe wounds. The shooter had already fled before officers arrived, and detectives are now working to piece together what happened.
