PHOENIX — A new retail development is planned for one of the Phoenix metro area’s fastest-growing corridors, expected to bring restaurants and shops to a quickly growing area.
Diversified Partners announced plans Thursday for a 3.84-acre retail center at the southeast corner of Bella Vista and Gantzel roads in San Tan Valley. A Terrible’s convenience store and gas station will anchor the project, with space available for yet-to-be-named restaurants, retailers and service providers.
