The City of Mesa’s Planning and Zoning Board considered two major housing proposals in District 6. The first, ‘Liv at Eastmark’, covers about 8.5 acres near South Ellsworth Road and East Ray Road and would include 208 apartment units. The second, ‘Haven at Destination’, spans 28 acres at South Meridian Road and Arizona Route 24, proposing a 155-lot single-family neighborhood.
