SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — Scottsdale Mayor Lisa Borowsky’s chief of staff, R. Lamar Whitmer, has been fired over multiple concerning allegations made against him, according to an investigative report obtained by 12News.
Borowsky said she was notified of Whitmer’s termination by city management after a 65-day investigation.
