The Mesa Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating 21-year-old Blake Sullivan who is missing and was last seen at 7:30 a.m. March 25 near Ellsworth Road and Adobe Road. Sullivan has medical conditions and requires medication.
He was last seen wearing a red shirt with a blue undershirt and black pants.
