Construction has started on Halo Vista, a massive, 2,300-acre multiuse project surrounding TSMC’s semiconductor complex in north Phoenix.
The Halo Vista project will include retail, housing and industrial space.
Thomas Maynard is with the Greater Phoenix Economic Council. He says the $7 billion project is inspired by similar TSMC facilities in Taiwan.
“It’s gonna be a major hub for employment, for all sorts of high tech technologies, a lot of semiconductor and the supply chains and supporting functions to support the semiconductor ecosystem,” Maynard said…
