Shorehaven, the three-tower, 722-unit waterfront complex rising on the south bank of Tempe Town Lake, has officially opened preleasing, with the first tower’s apartments scheduled for move-in in mid-April. The community is pitching resort-style amenities, lake views, and studio-to-three-bedroom floorplans, and the official portal currently shows studio pricing appearing near $2,025 per month.
Preleasing is the first public leasing step for Shorehaven, which serves as the opening phase of the $1.8 billion South Pier master plan, and initial occupancy is expected when the first of the three towers, about 248 units, becomes available in April.
