Chandler man indicted for murder after alleged road rage incident

PHOENIX — A Chandler man has been indicted after a possible road rage incident where he allegedly intentionally rammed and killed a motorcyclist, according to the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office.

Gustavo Gavia Elias was arrested after the March 18 crash near Ray and Alma School roads in Chandler.

The motorcyclist, 21-year-old Dezjon Hamilton, was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries and was pronounced dead at the hospital three days later…
