CHANDLER, AZ (AZFamily) — A man has been indicted after authorities say he intentionally ran over and killed a motorcyclist during a road rage confrontation last month.
Maricopa County Attorney Rachel Mitchell announced that Gustavo Elias, 29, was indicted for the crash that killed Dezjon Hamilton, 21.
The collision happened on the evening of March 18 near Alma School and Ray roads. Court documents state that Hamilton “excessively revved his engine” while in front of Elias’s SUV. Elias reportedly overtook the biker, but Hamilton pulled up and broke the SUV’s side mirror with his hand…
