MESA, AZ (AZFamily) — The Mesa Police Department revealed more details Monday about a weekend in-custody death, including how he was arrested and a timeline before he became unconscious.
Investigators said officers saw Eric Baker, 52, riding his bicycle on University Drive near Dobson Road without a front light, which is illegal.
