GLENDALE, AZ (AZFamily) — A Glendale woman is accused of running a business where she performed Botox procedures without proper licensing.
Sayde Holladay, 28, was arrested on one count of fraudulent schemes and one count of engaging in medical practice without a license.
Investigators say Holladay’s business, SlimSlays LLC, offered cosmetic injectables, including Botox and dermal fillers. But court documents state Holladay did not have a proper license from the Arizona State Board of Nursing to perform the procedures…
