A 30-year-old woman was booked on murder charges after police say she intentionally struck and killed a pedestrian in a hit-and-run.
Officers responded just after 4 p.m. on May 3 to the area of 16th Street and Maryland Avenue regarding a collision involving a pedestrian. They found Norris Taft, 52, in critical condition, according to the Phoenix Police Department. He later died at a nearby hospital.
